It has been awhile since I have just immersed myself in my love of photography. I used to sit and read all types of tutorials and reviews. I was so eager to learn more. Now, life is a little busier and I barely have time to get sleep. When I do have time to sleep, that means I have to miss out doing something else. So, yesterday I asked my daughter if she wanted to take a photo walk with me. I gave her my Canon G12 to use and we walked around for about 45 minutes to an hour talking and taking photos of the things around us. I wish we had gotten out of the house earlier because it started to rain and get cool out. We did our best to make the most of our short trip. I have definitely got to find us some more spots though. This was my favorite photo from our little trip; I figured it was fitting since it was Mother’s Day.
