Cousins | Scrapbook Layout

This past summer my family took a long awaited road-trip to Alabama to see our family. My 7-year old definitely missed his grandparents and was eager to meet some little cousins he has not had a chance to see in-person. My daughter was just as excited to see family she hadn’t seen in years. The last time she saw a lot of them, besides her grandparents, was when she was 4-years old. Most she did remember their faces and a few names.

The highlight for Brayden was definitely playing with his little cousins. In Colorado, he has been doing virtual school since the end of kindergarten and has missed having kids to play with. I was sure it was going to be hard to get him to leave. When it was time to say goodbye, he was a little somber and by the time we got home, he was planning our trip back. Now he has even mentioned wanting to move to Alabama. All I can say to that is “hold your horses, fella”…lol! I don’t know if I can find it in my soul to live in Bama again.

On to this layout: I wanted something colorful, fun, and full of energy like two of my favorite guys featured in the photos.
