Gorgeous new collaboration kit, Boho Fall, this weekend from Amanda Yi and Studio Flergs at Sweet Shoppe. I don’t have any new Fall photos and last year I barely got any. I was not sure what photo I would use and then I started browsing and found these of my daughter. She has been making more faces for photos and hoarding all of her smiles. Those days of big smiles seem to be slowly dwindling, so I take what I can when I can.

As I started editing the photos for my scrapbook layout, I had no idea where I was going with the page. The design, how many of the photos I would use… nothing was decided. Then, I remembered a set of templates, Sweet as Candy by Two Tiny Turtles, so I chose one from the set to make this page.

Once I was done with the page and ready to save it, I decided to play around and added some warm lighting using a gradient fill in a couple of places and then added a lighting effects filter on another layer to achieve the finished look. I love how it turned out and this kit was definitely one of my favorites to use. Everything just flowed and the golden painted elements are so beautifully made.
