I took this photo of my little diva last week. She loves to dress up and she loves animal print. I have been reluctant to buy anything that resembles it but I finally gave in. I bought this shirt from Zulily last year and the pants are from Children’s Place. Of course, she just had to pair them with her new boots. I think she definitely enjoys the weather up here more since she gets to wear boots earlier and longer during the year. Before the temperatures started to drop below the 60s, she kept telling me how hot it was when she was outside at recess. She has most certainly forgotten what the weather is like in Alabama.

My scrapbooking time is pretty limited lately, but I find ways to get it done. It’s my place of peace…. my sanity… so I have to get some time in. I am so glad I got a chance to use the new grab bag from Sweet Shoppe. It’s free with a $15 purchase until October 31st. This is a huge and versatile collection. I know I am going to have to make a second page.

When I saw that triangle paper, I knew I had to use it first. Probably my favorite page I have made this month so far. iDSD (international Digital Scrapbook Day) is this weekend. This will be the first time I won’t be around to enjoy the festivities. I will miss it but I am definitely going to find a way to shop. There are a few things I have been wanting to buy; some new ideas I want to try. Anyway… let me go… it is 2 AM and I have this adorable little guy talking and cooing. I am trying to talk him into letting me nap until I have to be up. He keeps smiling and trying to get out a laugh when I mention sleep, so I don’t think it’s working … at all…
