The new Memory Pockets Monthly “Home” collection was released today at The Lilypad. I have to say, as usual, it is gorgeous. If you are looking for a collection with a neutral color palette and many detailed add-ons, then this is the one for you. I can see myself scrapping plenty of family photos. The best part is that it does not lean towards being too girly or too boyish. It is seriously a struggle to get a kit that has the colors I would like for layouts of my son. I sometimes end up going through my stash and putting together different pieces from many different kits to get the look I desire. This time, that was not needed at all. The two layouts I completed with the collection are definitely two of my favorites. Every now and then, I enjoy playing with more neutral and subtle colors. I even used a new set of templates released by Jimbo Jambo designs. Since I need to catch up on my project life and wanted to make single layouts, her templates worked perfectly. I had fun using them and turning them into pages that I love and fit my style of scrapbooking.
Thanks for visiting! Hope your Friday is going well!!
