I have a list of all of the pages I have printed for my daughter’s 2011 album. I have 100 print credits and I really need to finish up that album before I continue with my others. As I am looking through pages I want to print, I come across my favorite photo. I have yet to print a page for it because I have not made a page that I am ABSOLUTELY in love with for this photo. So- here I am about to try again. The coolest thing about this photo is that it was taken about 11 months after I got my first DSLR. Here is the “before” out-of-camera photo taken with the Canon Rebel XSi and the Canon 85mm f/1.8:

I am definitely happy with this page. The Sweet Pea paper set is one of my favorites. The color combination and the mix of patterns were just calling me. I had to have them. I have been been waiting for just the right page to use them on and I am glad I did. Now I have a simple, soft girly page to match this sweet little photo of my favorite girl. I feel bad whenever I makeover a scrapbook page but that feeling goes away as soon as I finish the second attempt. I will definitely be adding this one to be printed soon (finally!).
